What permanent or long lasting procedure can help minimize the appearance of nasolabial shadow from heavy cheeks? (photos)

Ive had big cheeks all my life, and because of this ive had a shadow at the corners of my mouth and nasolabial area since i was a kid. Im looking for something more permanent or lasts years to flatten or lift this area thats not fillers or botox. Also i dont think buccal fat removal is appropriate in this situation as i love the shape of my face on the sides. Its just the heaviness/fullness in the front that id like to get rid of.
