Best option to lighten/remove the mole/freckle on the tip of my nose? (Photos)

I have been using a very gentle laser that allows me to shave the mole down one layer at a time. Because the laser is so gentle i rarely have to inject any anesthesia and the whole process may take 5-10 minutes. Once it heals it is difficult to see any signs that anything was ever there.I would encourage you to check the link below for an example of a patient before and after treatment.

This can be removed with either laser or biopsy, and if done by a cosmetic dermatologist you will likely have a very little spot if not one at all.  Best, Dr. Emer.
