I had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction with silicone implants in 2016. Is it safe for me to use castor oil pack over the implant? Since castor oil absorbs deeply into the skin, will it breakdown the implant? I’m having an increase in neuropathy in the chest muscle where part of it was cut away during the mastectomy. Maybe this is the start of a capsular contracture??
