Thank you for your question and for providing photos. While perfect symmetry is difficult to obtain, you may benefit from a conservative amount of Botox to help your smile appear more symmetrical.

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Almost everyone in the world has facial asymmetry. It’s extremely common. Botox and fillers along with dental corrections will help. In a situation that your asymmetry is extreme and very noticeable, then your plastic surgeon may recommend surgical treatment over minimally invasive procedures such as dermal fillers and Botox. Hello @rebeca.deras, thank you for your question. A completely symmetrical face does not exist. It is important to remember that we aren't completely equal on both sides; there are always some differences that may or may not be noticeable. It is wise to keep this in mind when setting expectations and planning your non surgical protocol. Having said that there are technologies that can favor symmetry like Ultherapy. First it is important to note that we all are asymmetrical to a degree and you certainly fall into the normal category. To help improve nuances of asymmetry you can consider Botox and fillers. Your smile actually looks very nice. I would caution you to not focus on perfect symmetry, but rather improvement. See an expert injector near you to discuss your concerns.

The face is normally asymmetric. Even when rejuvenating the face, the doctor should maintain the asymmetry. The only part of the face that should be symmetric are the lips. Look up symmetric faces and you will see how strange people look.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your 2 photos of the lower 1/3 of your face, I cannot detect significant asymmetry. You note other asymmetries of your face, but they are not included in your photos.Noone is symmetric. If you place a mirror image of one side of your face alongside a correct image of the other side, you will not look the same...If there are significant symmetry issues, I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
