This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. Almost everyone in the world has facial asymmetry. It’s extremely common. Botox and fillers along with dental corrections will help. In a situation that your asymmetry is extreme and very noticeable, then your plastic surgeon may recommend surgical treatment over minimally invasive procedures such as dermal fillers and Botox.
