My teeth slant to the side and I had originally thought that braces would fix this but it did not. I then started analyzing my whole face and noticed everything is asymmetrical including my eyes. I was wondering what procedures I can get done to fix my whole face and turn it symmetrical.

Answer: Symmetrical face Hello @rebeca.deras, thank you for your question. A completely symmetrical face does not exist. It is important to remember that we aren't completely equal on both sides; there are always some differences that may or may not be noticeable. It is wise to keep this in mind when setting expectations and planning your non surgical protocol. Having said that there are technologies that can favor symmetry like Ultherapy. For more information and recommendations, consult with one or several board certified specialist. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.

Answer: Uneven smile First it is important to note that we all are asymmetrical to a degree and you certainly fall into the normal category. To help improve nuances of asymmetry you can consider Botox and fillers. Your smile actually looks very nice. I would caution you to not focus on perfect symmetry, but rather improvement. See an expert injector near you to discuss your concerns.
