I have deep scars remaining from a nasolabial fold excision and bullhorn, and two years ago, I underwent a dermabrasion procedure (not the mild one). It reduced the appearance of the scars by about 40%, but concurrently, I developed enlarged pores. Following that, I tried fillers, 3 sessions of CO2 laser, and Fraxel, but they had no effect. Now, I am considering subcision, fat grafting, and either dermabrasion or a phenol peel. I would like to hear other opinions on the compatibility of these procedures, the sequence in which they should be performed, and which would be most effective post-dermabrasion or phenol peel. Additionally, recommendations for surgeons would be greatly appreciated, especially outside the US, as costs are insane. I have been looking in Germany, since I speak German (and found one surgeon who performs subcision with fat grafting), and in Turkey, where many surgeons offer these procedures, although many do not provide sufficient information or photos of their results.
