Dealing with hypertropic scarring after mini mac facelift . 6 months in . Are these scars normal ? After 6 months and 4 kenalog injections . Should i be looking at revision ? Thanks for any help

The failure of four Kenalog injections here might possibly relate to the injection of inadequate concentration or insufficient amount of the medication or lack of combining it with other anti-inflammatory agents to get the job done. Revision surgery runs the risk for the subsequent development of stretch scars and even stitch track marks.
