Two years ago I fainted and cut my face badly in a kind of v-shaped flap on my chin. It almost went all the way through. Luckily I was able to see a plastic surgeon to do the stitches which helped. I then had laser several times to remove the redness. I did microneedling several times too. I also had one steroid injection. I’m still not happy with the scar and wondering if anyone thinks there is a surgical option that might help?
