Question

Please I need help what I should do with my hypertrophic scar, I'm 6 months post op and I have a lot of pain in my scar. Can I use a dermaroller 0.2 mm and rolling on the scar? Of course not directly on the eye but if I take the skin upwards, is it possible to work? I can’t remove more skin because I can’t close the eye, the doctor took to much skin. Please help me, I really hate myself because of this scar.

Microneedling, even professionally performed microneedling (which I have been performing for nearly 25 years) is best reserved for the treatment of very superficial color and texture irregularities. It is not effective for treating hypertrophic (elevated scars), and especially not effective with only 0.2mm needles. 
Intralesional injections of triamcinolone are the treatment of choice for elevated, hypertrophic scars, as these appear to be from the photos provided. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist. Resist the urge to self treat.  Hope this helps. Best of luck.
