I have a tooth in the middle of my face. Can i fix it?

my doctor told me than i need two extractions one of the top and one of the bottom.. but i think if i have healthy teeth i shouldn't do that but i want to see if there is a remedie without extraction or what is the best option if i should do the extractions or not or if is there other remedie. the red line is the middle of my face and the green line is the middle of my teeth line i hope someone can help me thanks. :)

Hmm, midline discrepancies. Very frustrating. The midline is a complicated concept because faces are seldom symmetrical and midlines between the eyes, center of the nose, center of lips, upper teeth, bottom teeth and chin seldom coincide. So compromises are frequently necessary. I understand that the midline of your teeth and nose are different, but cannot in your picture see the eyes or chin. To move the midline as much as you want and need, you probably need to remove teeth.
