I kind of let myself get depressed and careless and now my tooth is rotting! Am I able to get this fix and would my medicaid be able to fix it ? They say its cosmetic but its causing my pain.

Yes,your tooth can be fixed. But more important discuss with your dentist what you can do to prevent future damage. Dentist's filling materials are never as good as the original tooth.
