I neglected my teeth over the last few years and i didnt think it could get that bad please tell me if the dentist still can do anything before its all going bad i go white spots on my teeth that wont go away even if i brush them and some parts of my front teeth broke off and now theres brown stuff from food that wont go away even if i brush my teeth please tell me what the best thing for me is bonding, microabrasion, veneers crowns or lumineers

Hi from Daytona Beach!  Your teeth have been neglected as you have already mentioned and there are ways to take care of this and achieve your beautiful white smile again.  You have decay in the two front ones where the brown spots are and also the white spots show the beginning of decay. I would suggest you see a dentist soon who could crown the two teeth after removing all of the decay. Second option would be to have two veneers placed on the front teeth.  Either way, you can get that beautiful smile back again!  Go now before it is too late!
