Early 40's- Metal implants in my neck. What are my options for jawline/lower face skin tightening?

I'm a female in my early 40's I’d like to look at tightening my jawline and areas of my lower face. However, I have metal implants replacing two herniated discs in my neck. What are my options? I'd like to avoid threads. Thanks!

Your two routes would be surgical and non-surgical.

Surgical: Neck lift, Buccal Fat Removal, Facelift

Non-Surgical: Resurfacing and skin tightening: Fraxel and Morpheus8

Pictures are a MUST at least. One cannot give an accurate description of what would give you the best results without seeing your face. Also pictures can be tricky (focal lengths and varying perspectives, etc.) and nothing will ever fully substitute a face-to-face consultation.
