In my 20s, doing Bbl in fall. 5'7 161lbs 1Are there external scars when it comes to ab etching? I get hypertrophic scars easily. 2How is it different from regular lipo? 3What are the complications? 4 Is longlasting? Will it disappear once I'm pregnant? 5 Will ab etching disappear if I gain weight? Im curious about it and consider to do it along with Bbl.
Answer: Scar for ambominal etching Yes, usually abdominal etching is done and excess skin is cut to achieve a flat abdomen. There is also a technique through which it can be performed by laparoscopy without cutting the skin, however not all patients are candidates for this technique. This patient underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction and bbl with Dr. Tania Medina and is happy with her results three months after her operation One of the main complications is thromboembolism, however we follow strict protocols to minimize the risk of their occurrence. if you gain too much, yes weight if you could damage the desired results

Answer: Lipo Thank you for your questions. Very small incisions are made on the abdominal wall that usually fade or are imperceptible, but yes there are scars. Ab etching is a very aggressive form of lipo that removes subcutaneous fat that shows off the abdominal muscles. Using the etching is usually reserved for men, but women can have high definition lipo as well. The risks of seroma are higher as this is more aggressive than regular lipo. All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
