My hemoglobin is at 10.4 needs to be at 12.5 for surgery? Is it possible to raise my anemia in a month? I am having a extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo to lower back, inner thighs and fat transfer to butt. What foods or supplements should i take to raise my iron levels fast in a few weeks?...Im currently taking blood builders hoping it helps.

Your surgeon should be able to recommend an appropriate regimen based upon the cause for the anemia.  The key is to find a board certified plastic surgeon who has performed

Taking Iron pills is the best way to raise your blood; over 10 is usually safe for surgery. you can always get a transfusion which is instant but that would be overkill.
