Volume in cheek has flattened leaving tired looking face and eyes

Hi, I have performed many facial shaping and contouring procedures over the past 30 years with dermal fillers of facial implants (chin, cheek).  Non smiling photos of your face from the front and side would help in the evaluation.  In general terms, I can tell you that:Following the beauty principles
outlined in my book on face and body beauty, women look the most feminine,
youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces have cheeks
that are full and round in the front.  Cheek augmentation using a dermal filler
(I prefer Restylane Lyft) or with cheek implants for a permanent enhancement
will create full, round cheeks anteriorly that will feminize the entire face. Converesly, male faces look ruggedly handsome when there is angularity in
the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles.  Augmentation to the chin and cheeks, using a dermal filler or chin  and or cheek implants (for a
permanent enhancement) will add angularity to those areas.  Mandibular
angle augmentation with a dermal filler (jaw implants IMHO have too many
unwanted side effects) will add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.
