Central forehead veins are a common complaint and they can be treated by a combination of sclerotherapy and removal through tiny (micro incisions). Sometimes sclerotherapy alone will work. The pictures veins are large and most llikely will require more than sclerotherapy alone. This is an office procedure done under local anesthesia.

Find someone skilled with facial veins/ anatomy so as to not leave large scars.
