Cream for small veins on upper eyelids?

I decided to try a new makeup routine and it resulted in small veins being visible underneath my light skin on my eyelids. They aren't a huge deal, but I was wondering if i could use horse chestnut cream, vitamin k cream, or vitamin C cream to help them become less visible again. If you wouldn't recommend these creams what would you recommend besides lasers?

Creams are ineffective for structures beneath the skin.  What is your resistance to lasers?  We have a new Nordlys Ellipse Hybrid laser system that can remove these vessels essentially permanently although new ones may grow years later...depending upon the size, either an IPL targeting the small vessels may be used, with slightly larger vessels the YAG laser is used.  It is very minimally painful, 3-4/10 on the pain scale and immediately eliminates the vessels.All my BestDr Bengtson

A picture will help guidance.There are different treatments for under eye veins. Treatment option chosen depends on the size of the veins. Topical creams will not improve or get rid of these veins. Dr H Karamanoukian
