Answer: Hollow under eye You have hollow under eye. I think best option and non invasive procedure is under eye filler. We can use redensity 2 injection for under eye, also we have to augment the cheek. And there are different products to stimulate the skin collagen like nucleofill strong (somon DNA). We can use it for the full face augmentation. I hope this will help you.

There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will such as lower eyelid blepharoplasty with or without fat pad repositioning will be the best long term. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles without surgery. Non invasive less downtime options such as fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella), lasers (Moxi/Halo/Fraxel/CO2), Renuvion (J-Plasma), microneedling/PRP, stem cells and microneedling RF like Fractora PiXel8 or Morpheus can all help give some improvement. Accutite can often be used or stronger lasers like erbium or co2 spot treatment can tighten the skin and give very quick improvement in wrinkles and texture. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat might be the best solution long-term. I suggest you get a formal consultation to see what is best for you and your goals. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Tear Trough Treatment Volume augmentation can be use to treat lower eyelid hollows, orbital rim hollows, tear trough hollows, and under eye hollows. Volume augmentation options include: - fillers, e.g. hyaluronic acid gel- facial fat grafting - silicone implant These are very different procedures and each treatment has its own advantages/disadvantages. Each can have major issues as well. And, not all patients are candidates for any one of these procedures. See an Oculoplastics expert.

Answer: Hollow under eye Depending on one's anatomy, hollowness under and I can usually be easily treated with filler injections. Most commonly this is with hyaluronic gels although other injectable fillers including one's own fat can be utilized. The advantage of fat is that it may be longer lasting although finesse of injection is usually easier with the synthetic fillers. Judging by photos, fillers may be the best option! If one has redundant skin which is flaccid, often a lower blepharoplasty may be a better alternative or at least part of a staged enhancement of the lower lids.

Answer: Volumizing & Lifting Fillers Work Well For Reflating Cheeks & Smoothing The Lid-Cheek Junction A photo of your right side would have been helpful. However, from the two views provided, there seems to be considerable volume deficit in the left cheek that is contributing to the pronounced hollowing under your eye, flattening of the cheek and to the formation of the a deep smile line to the side of your nose. The appropriate use of a lifting, contouring and volumizing filler would likely provide immediate improvement in all three of these issues. Then, if still necessary, an additional cohesive filler may be added to the tear trough region to further smooth the transition between the cheek and the under eye region. All of this can be accomplished, if so desired, in one treatment session and would likely result in an immediate "Wow!" reaction. Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician. Best of luck.
