Hi Thanks for taking the time to read and answer my question. I have put on few kilos recently and start having a bit of double chin and lack if definition on jawline i also suffere from horizontal neck line which making things worse, i am not happy with lower part of my face And feel something needs to be done. Any advices on best procedure to be done at my age? I contacted one of the doctors here and they suggested lower face lift, what do you think? Thanks

The first thing you need to decide is whether you want a nonsurgical or a surgical treatment. With regards to nonsurgical treatments, I think combination treatment will help you the most.
