Hey there,Combination of liposuction and neck lift would be the ideal option for you. Noninvasive options such as CoolSculpting for double chin and Thermage skin tightening, Botox when combined can give better results. But surgical results will definitely be superior and outlast the noninvasive results.

The first thing you need to decide is whether you want a nonsurgical or a surgical treatment. With regards to nonsurgical treatments, I think combination treatment will help you the most. This includes Thermage to tighten skin, Kybella to reduce submental fat, and fillers as need to define the jawline. I think the best thing to do is schedule an in person consultation with a local aesthetic physician to discuss your concerns and to come up with an appropriate treatment plan.
