Can Thermage performed on your eyelids make them more droopy?

Can Thermage treatment make droppy eyelid -- worse? What are side effects? I've recently had the procedure done - simple/painless. However within a few days my eyes (balls) are very red with ache tired like -- No burn just ache. The left eye looks a bit smaller and could swear lid is droopier than before

You may have some swelling, which will gradually resolve over the next few weeks. It takes several months to achieve final results with Thermage. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Eyelids need surgery , but if you are not willing to have surgery I suggest a combination approach of lasers, threads, and thermage.  See an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Without a photo it is impossible to tell what is happening to your eyes.  I would recommend returning to your treating physician for examination.  The results from Thermage take approximately four months to see the results.  Please consult an expert in Thermage for the best cosmetic results. It's hard to know what is going on without seeing a photo or evaluating you in person. Thermage is a skin tightening procedure and when it is used around the eyes and on the eyelids, it tightens, lifts, and smooths the skin. You maybe experiencing some swelling after the treatment. It takes a few months before you will start seeing your result.
