I've attached photos of what I look like And what I want to look like. Is it possible for me to get there? I want lipo in my back stomach sides and arms. I'd like for my fat to be transferred to my butt hips and outer thighs.

Based on your pictures, you seem to be a pretty good candidate.Don't try to be somebody else though, everybody has a different anatomy and can achieve a different result.Your body will look much better though which is for sure.

Based on your photos.  I think you will have a nice result.  I think the wish list photos you are showing are:  1) from individuals who work out their gluts ALOT 2) have had more than 1 round of fat transfer and 3) may (likely) have a butt implant.

You have a pretty good underlying anatomy and would expect you to have a very nice outcome with liposuction and fat transfer. Your waist to hip ratio will be improved which seems to be what you are interested in based on your photos. An exam in person is needed to confirm this. Based on the photos, you appear to be a good candidate for moderate fat transfer. I would recommend an in person examination to evaluate how much fat is available for the transfer. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.
