My ears are asymmetrical. As you can see in my attached photos the helix of one ear is completely rounded where as the other ear appears to be pulled back causing the helix to have a flatness to it. This makes it look much smaller than the rounded ear (although the rounded ear doesn't stick out abnormally far, so I'm reluctant to have this one pinned back). Is it possible to restructure the shape of the helix of this ear so that it matches my other ear?

If that ridge of cartilage troubles you it can be removed/ smoothed with an in office procedure. The good news is that the size/ shape of your ears are otherwise completely normal. Every surgeon LOVES performing otoplasty procedures but you should seek out someone who performs alot of otoplasty...
