Not sure how to address this? I am planning revision and wanted to get images for consultations to show what I was hoping for.  Also results wanted more volume and resolve my open roof & flat bridge. I wanted my bridge higher & straight rather than curved. Also a fuller tip & slightly wider. I don't want my nose shortened anymore but my nose does droop a lot especially when I smile. Not sure how to address this?

Based upon your photos, as well as your before photo, I would recommend you consult with at least two facial plastic surgeons, who specialize in revisions and addressing the two complications it appears you have - open roof and pollybeak.  The external and internal structure of your nose will need  to be thoroughly evaluated in order to determine the best treatment options to build your nasal bridge and tip.  Request digital computer imaging during our consults which will help ensure you and your surgeon are in alignment as to the desired outcome.  Best,Dr. S.
