Thank you for question.Micro-liposuction implies a vacuum suction method (ordinary liposuction) when only under 500ml of fat is planned to be removed , sometimes the same term applied when a thinner 'micro-cannula' is used to aspirate fat. Again it will be suitable only for very small areas of fat.Vaser is more of a sculpting procedure and can achieve results which microlipo will not and cannot deliver. However, it is more expensive as it requires longer time and the doctor has to use an expensive high tech equipment as opposed to just a suction apparatus.Both procedures can carry risks. Vaser high definition , however will carry more risks but can deliver superb results not possible with any other body sculpting method.
