ive been to see a Dr in London planning to go ahead with the vaser lipo ... Dr has put me off this now saying vaser is essentially burning the body, down time is longer than expected and the fluid loss after was unexpected downside. He told me about micro which for two areas tummy and flanks was a lot more money than I expected. Shd I consider just having the micro on Tummy done and flanks at a later date when I can Afford it ? Shd I go back and ask for a quote for the vaser? Decisions!
Answer: Micro or Vaser On Tummy Liposuction may help and often complements other cosmetic surgical procedures. However, whether it will be the sole solution for you depends on the amount of body fat in the area of concern. If liposuction alone is not recommended, you may benefit from a tummy tuck with #liposuction. Over the years, surgeons have improved procedures and found ways to eliminate the need for #drains commonly used in a #tummy #tuck or #abdominoplasty, and a variety of other operations. I have found that most of my patients do very well with the exception of those have large areas of liposuction or lipo-abdominoplasty. Any extra fluid may be reabsorbed back into the body without the use of drains. I may use drains on a case by case basis for these patients. If you go to a plastic #surgeon who uses drains, or if your situation requires drains, they usually stay in 3-5 days but may be required to remain in longer. The use of tissue #glue is to adhere the abdominal #skin to the #muscle. It is a new option and alternative to sutures in a tummy tuck. If you go to a plastic #surgeon who uses drains, or if your situation requires drains, they usually stay in 3-5 days but may be required to remain in longer. Your board-certified plastic surgeon will recommend the type best suited for you and if #liposuction is necessary. The most important decision to be made before performing any surgical procedure is determining whether you are an ideal #candidate. It's best to begin consulting with a board certified plastic surgery to learn if you are a candidate for either liposuction and/or a tummy tuck. If so, you will then learn more about which #technique will work best for you and your goals. Aside from checking board-certification, it is suggested that you look at before and after photos of the surgeons actual patients, and read patient reviews. Gathering all of this information will help you make a well-informed decision. Always discuss your issues and concerns with the Plastic Surgeon during and following your consultation. Informatio

Answer: Vaser versus Micro-liposuction Thank you for question.Micro-liposuction implies a vacuum suction method (ordinary liposuction) when only under 500ml of fat is planned to be removed , sometimes the same term applied when a thinner 'micro-cannula' is used to aspirate fat. Again it will be suitable only for very small areas of fat.Vaser is more of a sculpting procedure and can achieve results which microlipo will not and cannot deliver. However, it is more expensive as it requires longer time and the doctor has to use an expensive high tech equipment as opposed to just a suction apparatus. Both procedures can carry risks. Vaser high definition , however will carry more risks but can deliver superb results not possible with any other body sculpting method. Debulking Vaser will have same or less recovery or complications risks than a normal liposuction technique. See a few more doctor before making your mind up. But most importantly change your life style as without that no surgery will not address your ideal body shape.
