I have circulatory conditions (POTS, Acrocyanosis & Raynaud's Syndrome). I was recommended open rhinoplasty by a reputable surgeon, but had concerns making an incision in the columella would be too disruptive to the nerves due to my conditions. I was given the option of closed surgery however runs the risk of not achieving desired results and higher risk of revision. I would like advice if closed surgery is safer? Or if you have experience with Raynaud's patients and how well they have healed?
