I'm 23, forehead has always been out of proportion. Slight recession in hairline, using propecia, minoxidil & Nioxin for last 2 years, hair has since been stable. Dad is 60, has reasonable recession at widows peak but by no means bold. What would give me confidence is a proportionate forehead, I understand hairline lowering surgery isn't the best option for men. Size of my forehead has always reduced confidence since being young, it has always been wide AND high- that is not down to recession

Answer: If you do not like your high forehead or hair recession, a hair transplant surgery may be an option.
In general the term hair graft is synonymous with a hair follicle. A graft generally means a tissue for transplantation. In modern hair transplant surgery a hair graft is a hair follicle.
If you're under a bright light your hair will look thinner. If you are in dark place your hair will look thicker. If you want to know what your hair looks like to other people, you can simply ask them.
