16 days post hair transplant with some mild folliculitis, would topical betadine and triclosan wash affect the grafts?

Hi, while I've also messaged my doctor for an answer, I have some folliculitis at 16 days post op and was instructed to use a hibiscrub shampoo which was broken in my luggage on the return home. I've bought topical betadine and a Phisohex 1% triclosan wash and would just like to know if they could negatively affect my grafts at this point?

Antidepressants does not typically cause hair loss but it may be a rare side effect. If you are concerned you need to speak with  your doctor.

If the grafts were not properly implanted you may have issues with scarring and growth. If you are concerned it is best to see your doctor for a recheck.

There is no absolute requirement to take medications. Many patients have surgery without taking Propecia or Rogaine.

If you were born with thin fine hair, multi vitamins will not help thicken your hair.  If you have poor results due to fine thin donor hair there isn't much you can do with vitamins.

You need an examination for a recommendation that fits with your realistic expectations.  You can probably have 1000 to 2000 grafts but it will not be your orginial hair density and you will still notice some thinning.
