45 days post FUE. I know that it is normal to lose transplanted hair after an FUE, but could you please confirm if the attached photo shows normal hair shedding, or else maybe I lost hair attached to grafts/ follicles? Especially the hairs stuck together? These hairs in the pic came off when I rubbed them gently today (45 days after operation). I have only started to experience this kind of shock loss a week ago or so. I started heavy weight training 2 weeks ago as instructed by my doctor.

Rather than give you a blank answer, you need to send good photos of what you are talking about. I have repaired thousands of bad hair transplants in my 27 years in this business and found that there are many approaches to the problem and each person must be analyzed independently. .
Thanks for the question. Based on your photos, the 3000-4000 grafts might be good option for you, but it would be wrong to say something for sure. You should see a board certified surgeon. You can then plan the process together and discuss the results. I wish you all the best.
