Good day sir, I am 27 yrs old, i have been suffering hair loss since when i was 20 yrs old.This is regarding hair transplant. After i finish my hair transplant i want to under go Acell + PRP treatment, how much is this treatment going to help me hold my hair and recover.please look at my pictures for advice.

Thanks for the question. Based on your photos, the 3000-4000 grafts might be good option for you, but it would be wrong to say something for sure. You should see a board certified surgeon. You can then plan the process together and discuss the results. I wish you all the best.

You have hair loss especially front and top area. When we examine, it is seen that you have a very good donor area and i think we can get more than 3500 grafts. With prp you can have good results.

I can estimate you would need about 3000 grafts. However, this depends on the finer details of your goals. This should be gone over in more detail during consultation. The number of grafts would be influcned by your goal, your hair caliber. Also, consideration must be give to your age and exected rate of hair loss progression. Just do the above. I recommend 3500 follicles for your hair transplant procedure. Do not waste your time with A cell. PRP has been proven to work for hair thickness and formation of new follicles. The affect is temporary '(12-14 months in studies)

Acell + PRP treatment does not make any thing for you , please dont give any money for that fake treatment .İn Turkey , many of people has been lost their money becauseof that un usefull injection .
I advise you to have a FUE operation of 3000-3500 grafts  (I mean approx. 8000-9000 hair shaft ). I determine frontal hair line and debade with you to decide level of new hairline.  Hair transplantation would cover all bald spot in one session of operation and you would have a good, succesfull result . . All operation performed in just one day and takes about 6-7 hours under local anesthesia.

Unless you are an expert in hair restoration, you should not be telling the doctors what you want, rather asking the doctors what you need.  I might not recommend hair transplants on your but that would depend upon an examination of you.

Thank you for your photos. From your appearance in your photos I would not recommend hair transplant. Your hairline seems rather spared and most of your hair loss is on top and in the crown. Finasteride works very well for that type of hair loss especially if you start early and don't allow too much crown balding. A-cell does not work and there is no evidence that it does. It would be a waste of money. PRP helps for only a brief amount of time. Laser and topical minoxidil are effective as well. See a full-time hair transplant surgeon with a great reputation.

you have a big area of baldness particularly the crown area. The crown is a big area due to its spherical nature with a larger surface area (component of pi in surface area measurement). The the crown requires larger number of grafts for a complete coverage. The front area needs a hair line redesigning. you should get onto a regime of PRP/Finasteride?minoxidil to further reduce hair fall
for covering a large area you will need close to 4000 grafts, 1200 or so for the hair line and the rest for the crown area. You have the option of 2 sessions of FUE or a single session of FUE and FUT combined in the same session
