I am undergoing invisalign full with IPR. I have overbite/openbite and a narrow palate. The dentist said invisalign could help "widen my smile". I breathe out my mouth at night which makes my rhinitis worse and I feel short of breath. I am not sure what to ask my specialist orthodontist at my next visit. He did not mention anything about using habit breaking appliances. Can I ask him for a habit breaking appliance I have tongue trust problem, mouth breathing.
