What filler do I need to fix my pre-jowls and weak chin? (Photo)

Question

I’m 37 years old with a weak chin. Would having chin fillers help my pre-jowls ? Or, do I need to have jawline fillers as well or marionette line filler? I’m confused as to what area is correct to have filler. My main concern is my pre jowls. I want them gone so is this area for marionette filler, jaw line filler or just a pre Jowl sulcus treatment? I don't want the wrong treatment and looking worse.

According to your picture, you are suitable candidate for chin implant or derma fillers.

I believe you posted before a few times and we told you that fillers, implants can all be used. I also see sagging that can be treated early with face/necklift or facetite/accutite.  Most of my younger clients do morpheus every 3 months and thermage ultherapy yearly, as well as threads for tightetning.  fillers are for sure needed and or sculptra.  I would start weekly 1-2x weekly dermarolling (see link to emeragecosmetics.com where we do free skincare consults daily).  see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Looking at your profile, your greatest benefit with fillers would be in the chin region and your cheeks. Then, I would reassess the other areas in a couple weeks. I prefer Juvederm Voluma for the cheeks and have had great feedback with injectioning Juvederm Volbella in the chin region. The amount of a micrognathia (small chin) in your case is rather significant and I would recommend that you go to a plastic surgeon who can place a medium to a large size implant which will make you better proportioned in the face and provide you with a permanent result.
