I’m 37 years old with a weak chin. Would having chin fillers help my pre-jowls ? Or, do I need to have jawline fillers as well or marionette line filler? I’m confused as to what area is correct to have filler. My main concern is my pre jowls. I want them gone so is this area for marionette filler, jaw line filler or just a pre Jowl sulcus treatment? I don't want the wrong treatment and looking worse.
Answer: Chin augmentation with dermal fillers could be good choice I believe your greatest benefit will come from dermal fillers to augment the chin. This procedure can be carefully customized to your precise needs to ensure a natural outcome. It also does not require incisions, so no scarring afterward. Depending on the filler used, you could see improvement for up to two years. This procedure should only be performed by an experienced, board-certified dermatologist with extensive training in injectable fillers to ensure the best possible result.

Answer: Fillers could be your answer for all your concerns There are a couple of options in filler to address the early jowl formation. The first is to place some filler in the cheek area, which will provide subtle lift to the face and reduce the jowls. The second is to put filler into the chin to add fullness and enhance your jawline definition. Finally, you can also place small amounts of filler directly into the jawline, as well as the lines you are seeing form. Choose an experienced, board-certified dermatologist for this treatment to ensure you achieve the most natural, beautiful results possible.

Answer: Chin and jawline treatment Hello and thanks for your question. You are a great candidate for chin and jawline HA based filler injections. This will significantly change your side profile and I believe achieve what you're after. You may need several ml's to achieve this result. There are energy based devices you can use however the best first option for you would likely be between 2-4ml of HA based filler placed by an expert, Best wishes

Answer: Pre-jowls and weak chin with derma fillers to achieve facial proportions and balance Hi,Thanks for your question. According to your picture, you are suitable candidate for chin implant or derma fillers. My approach involves an accurate “static” and “dynamic” facial assessment and a bespoke treatment with a “combined technique with needle and cannula” using dermal fillers can address your concerns i.e. in the chin area and jaw line and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas (i.e. cheeks, mid-face, jaw lines, lips and chin) in your face with a natural looking result. In addition this medical approach using fillers is suitable for top up during the years and with minimal downtime. It is important that the doctor has knowledge and experience in facial anatomy and proportions, it is also required take pictures in static and dynamic position before and after the treatment. I hope this helps, Best Wishes Dr Giuseppe Fiore
