fillers are not affected by diuretics. I would suggest LED light therapy weekly and ath ome dermarolling and this wil help improve t he texture and tighteness of the skin (see  link to emeragecosmetics.com).

Taking diuretics should not affect the longevity of your filler treatment.  Be sure to see an experienced injector for treatment so that the correct filler and amount can be customized for you.

In my experience diuretics do not affect filler duration.  I work in Florida and i see an older population with many patients on diuretics to control their blood pressure.  I see no difference on filler duration.
