Hi guys!! Ive tried every filler in my face going, from juvederm to restylane, teosyal to amalian .. And every fillermade for lips dissokves within a month or two. I love the big fake duck lips pout and really want to know what you deem the thickest and longest lasting filler to put in next.. Ive attached some pics so you can see how my lips look currently and what you would use to make them more "sticky outy" like a upturned pout.. I currently have Juvederm ultra 4

Thank you for your excellent question. The increased volume that fillers afford will make lips look fuller when patients have their mouth closed, but also when they are smiling or talking. Hope this helps.
From the picture it looks as if about a half syringe of Juvederm or similar HA product would easily give you the volume expansion of the upper lip. Make sure you request an upper lip block to avoid pain on the injection. Your bottom lip looks good. Thanks for your question.Dr....
