I need to find a Doctor ASAP in the UK that has done liposuction or removal of Perioral mounds. Mine are huge and it affects my confidence badly. It always has.

There are a number of circumstances that can cause still to be black. One of them is blood. This would not Be the result of liposuction but could be a serious problem and should be reported to your surgeon.
