FUE hair transplant procedure 2500 grafts. Is this normal? (Photo)

Hello it's been 3 week post surgery hair transplant I had done in turkey. I'm concerned about my donor area from where the grafts were took it's a bit red and dry and a bit sore it's not itching at all! been in contact with the surgeon about this concern and I think as a precaution he advised me antibiotics called flucloxacillin and a steroid cream called fusidic acid I've been on theese 5 days now and coming to the end of them below are a photo before I started meds and current. Is this normal?
