Went to Istanbul for FUE procedure with 2600 grafts. It's been 3 weeks post surgery, does my donor area look ok? (photos)

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative issues (even if your doctor is in Instanbul).The photos look like you have patchy hair loss or over harvesting.  You won't be able to determine how well it may look or how well your donor area will heal for another 6 to 12 months.

Sometimes  there may be such a early phase weak and  low density appearance in donor areas after FUE surgery,  but fortunatelly most are transient. İt may happen because of over harvesting or transient post traumatic shedding /shock loss. Any way it heals and hair regrow in 4-5 months of hair restoration surgery .The redness remains just after surgery and it is "normal" to stay for months.That pinkish redness/discoloration may fade away in a long time up to 3-4months 

Thank you for your question and sharing your pictures, It seems that the extraction is done quite extensive. It is done beyond the permanent zone.  It will take some time for your hair to grow back in full capacity and cover the entire area.

The problem I see is not the pink color but the extensive FUE extractions that went well beyond the donor area into the crown which is not permanent hair
