Your question is a common concern. The goal is to make you feel optimally proud of your breasts, and if breast lift scars compromise that, you can always opt for a breast augmentation initially and express your goal of getting the most out of a breast augmentation without a lift. If you after the breast augmentation you decide you're happy, then great. If after you have healed, you think to yourself that you would still like a lift, then it is worth exploring again. Most people would rather do them at the same time than as two separate surgeries, so you have to weigh out the pros and cons and make that decision for yourself. Hello, thank you for your question and photos. It is better to have both lifting and augmentation in your case for long term satisfaction. Implants will give you more volume but your skin still be loose and will continue to look so even after implants are placed. A better evaluation can be made in person. I’d advise you have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for this procedure and would have an ideal result by combining the augmentation with a lift. This will give you the best result.

You may consider only augmentation with an implant through an inframammary incision, but satisfaction may decrease as the sagging shape will remain.To create a better shape, it is recommended to simultaneously perform peri-areolar mastopexy, augmentation with implant, and fat grafting in the wide intermammary span area. Peri-areolar mastopexy is a method to remove donut-shaped skin around the areola, leaving a circular scar around the areola after surgery. When performing both implant surgery and mastopexy at the same time, breast augmentation implant surgery is performed through a separate inframammary incision to reduce the possibility of infection and capsular contracture.

Based on your photos- it appears that you have significant sag. In order to achieve perkiness- a lift would be needed with smaller implants, All the details would be discussed thoroughly at your consultation. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS

Your nipples are located below your breast fold therefore a breast lift is recommended. This can be performed at the same time as your breast augmentation.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. Thanks for your question! You will need a breast lift in conjunction with an implant to give you a fuller and perkier look. Doing just a breast implant will leave you droopy and you will not be going braless. Be sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Your breasts are low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Unfortunately based on the limited views supplied it is difficult to offer definite advice, but it appears that you would most benefit from implant placement and a lift.  The implant will help restore lost breast tissue after pregnancy and weight loss, while the lift will remove excess skin and allow for resizing and repositioning of your nipple into a higher, more youthful, position.  Hope this helps
