I am a 38 year old male with a convex nose, ill-defined tip, and large, very visible nostrils. I also have a long philtrum and a slightly upturned nose, which could rule out reducing my columella (assuming this would accentuate my long philtrum). While I’m sure the hump and tip could be refined, would it be possible to use alar rim grafts to reduce nostril visibility without shaving down the columella?
