Can I get a post rhinoplasty steroid shot if I’m breast feeding? 1 year post op, concerned about swelling and scar tissue

I had a rhinoplasty in January 2022, I’m almost a year post op but still have a lot of swelling and suspected scar tissue in the tip of my nose. Would I be able to get a steroid / Kenalog injection in my nose if I’m breastfeeding?
