If you are applying it in the evening, you should wait until the following evening. Once every 24 hours is sufficient application.
I don't think that's a good idea. You want to be able to precisely control the amount of latisse applied and where. It's best to use the applicator brush that comes in the package or a very fine eyeliner brush but then make sure to clean it thoroughly after each use. Best, Dr. Nazarian
My advise would be to discontinue use until the rash heals. Then, start again. However, if the rash reappears, you could have developed a reaction to the latisse. At that point, consult your dermatologist. Best, Dr. Nazarian
