My advise would be to discontinue use until the rash heals. Then, start again. However, if the rash reappears, you could have developed a reaction to the latisse. At that point, consult your dermatologist. Best, Dr. Nazarian
Latisse may have been the culprit, or it could be a coincidental rash. In either case, treat the rash, stop the Latisse, and then you can safely restart the Latisse once the rash is cleared. If the rash recurs with Latisse use, then try using it less often, e.g. 2-3/week.
Thank you for your question. It is best to discontinue any products in the area if you are experiencing irritation. Consult with a dermatologist to determine the cause. Once this has cleared you may resume use of Latisse per your dermatologists recommendation. Best Wishes, Pablo Prichard MD
There are many causes of eyelid redness. It would be important to see a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.Fragrances in the air, new soaps, eye cosmetics, nail polish and skin problems (eczema, etc) can all cause eyelid redness. It's always safe to stop Latisse for a few days and see if things improve at all. That will be helpful info for your doctor as well. All in all, please see your dermatologist. Take photos along the way to show your dermatologist as well.
If the price of Latisse had doubled, then I really need to catch up to that. I have kept my prices very close to the same for a long time - meaning since Latisse came out in 2009. The 5 ML Latisse kit launched around August 2012 with a list price of $179 from the very start....
Most likely, yes. Your lashes will grow back. Unless, they've been damaged which can happen with continual false eyelash use. Latisse can help them grow longer and look fuller which might help as they grow back in. For the future, don't ever remove false eyelashes yourself. Best, Dr. Nazarian
There is only 1 product which is FDA approved for treatment of eyelashes. There is no scientific information available about Revitalash. If you are interested in using a product to stimulate eyelash growth, I would strongly recommend switching to Latisse.
