I live in NJ, what is the best way to find a reliable surgeon? How long would I need to stay at the hospital? I weight 200lbs, 5'3, no kids. I have POS. I've been overweight for the past few years and started having these ugly soggy arms by wearing clothes that were too tight I believe. Rejection of my getting overweight I guess. Today these arms are very annoying and are forcing me to wear a much bigger size than I could fit in, because these arms would not fit in anything smaller than 1XL.

Answer: Arm lift. Hello dear! Thanks for the photo and provided information as well.Based on your photos you are a good candidate for an arm lift. I think you'll get a very good results and a big change in your life. The cost of the surgery varies depending on the Clinic, the area and of course on the plastic surgeon you choose.I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals.Good luck :)

Answer: ARM LIFT/ARM LIPO If you don't personally know someone who has been through surgery, the best place to start is on the internet. You have already done that by coming to this site. Then, from this site, you should find a couple surgeon that are board certified and seem very experienced with plenty of photos. The surgery would be outpatient so you would go home the same day. The cost varies from place to place but could range from $6000-$10000.
