Uneven lips. How can I resolve this issue? (Photo)

Question

My bottom lip has had two naturally asymmetrical lumps for many years. And when I run my fingers across them, it's very sensitive? The three first pictures are from a year or two ago. The last three are from this year. I'm not sure what I could do to resolve this issue. And what even causes this in the first place. Thank you

Thank you for your pictures and questions. In general, your chin and lip anatomy are variations of normal and is nothing that needs to be "corrected." That being said, if you have had any previous procedures or injectables in those areas, those are likely to blame for any asymmetry. If you have not had any procedures done, then I would suggest a in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon to be evaluated for possible treatment options.

Hello, Thanks for your photos and question.My first question to you is, have you had lip augmentation before? If you did, this is most likely the source of the problem. If no application has been made to your lips, the reason for the current asymmetry , may be minor cysts of the minor salivary glands inside your lip. If it always occurs in the same area, some reduction of the salivary glands in this area will provide you the necessary equality. If this asymmetry occurred after filling; A very simple filler melting can be applied.Best Regards,
