I wanted to know if there is a way other than a lip lift where I can flatten or even shorten my philtrum. My philtrum is long and very prominent so it makes me look like the grinch lol. A plastic surgeon put filler in the middle part of my philtrum to fill the deepness but it just made it pop out more. I just don’t like the way it stands out so much:( plus I have a long face and it doesn’t look cute. A lip lift is something I thought of but I have enough teeth showing already. Please help!!!
