Ultrasonic cavitation Vs Liposonix. Which is best?

Liposonix uses focused ultrasound to destroy localized fat cells with a high degree of precision. The term "ultrasonic cavitation" appears to be used in different ways; strictly speaking, it describes a physical reaction to ultrasound that can occur under certain conditions. There is however apparently a treatment being marketed with that terminology but I have seen no evidence that it produces a lasting effect if any.
