I'm unhappy with deep set of eyes. Brow Bone Reduction? (photo)

Question

I am considering having a brow bone reduction, however I am concerned it will feminize my face resulting poorly. I am unhappy with my deep set eyes which is worsened by my heavy brow bone structure. Will having a brow bone reduction help this issue? Also, is there any online resource I can see something as to what it would look like? Thank you.

You are absolutely correct to worry about feminization. Your brow "prominence" is completely normal. The brow reduction surgery is not as simple as just shaving down the bone. This could alter your sinuses as well.

	I would not recommend this procedure for you.

For 35 years I have reduced the brow bone insoles, females and transgender patients. In males I usually do not totally flatten this area unless the patient wants this.
