I cannot seem to find any information on the internet. It appears that this is not a common procedure in Australia as most doctors that seem to specialize in brow bone reduction are based in the US.

You are absolutely correct to worry about feminization. Your brow "prominence" is completely normal. The brow reduction surgery is not as simple as just shaving down the bone. This could alter your sinuses as well.
I would not recommend this procedure for you.
