you can have hairline that is naturally higher, usually as poeple age their hailine recedes and that's normal. For maturing hairlines or genetically higher hairlines you can have hair transplant to lower it.  if done by an experienced hair restoration surgeon it will blend in with the rest of your features and look very natural. 

These widow's peaks are the result of a changing and maturing hairline this recedes normally without genetic balding present. If you look at the highest crease in the furrowed brow (use a mirror) you will see that the widows peak lies in the first 3/4 inch above the crease. This first 3/4 inch is genetically coded in every man and woman so when you see it standing out as well as yours does, this is a reflection of your genetic look without balding present.
