Hair loss due to iron deficiency and oil gland underneath the scalp

hair loss problem and that makes my hair is getting very thin at the top of my head. my ferritin level is 28 I also went to the hair loss clinic They said the oil gland underneath my scalp is releasing a lot of sebum. Plus I don't have enough iron for my hair to grow back Is that true? What kind of treatments are recommended? Is it safe to useuse minoxidil if conceiving? They recommend use natural ingredients of 120 liquid treatments plus 12 times of carboxy therapy.Will that help?
