Vaser lipo 7 months ago - has it worked? (photos)

Question

I had vaser lipo on my abdomen at the start of March, and now I can't really see any difference. Am I imgining it? Waist measurement is the same, same pounch, and I'm really disappointed. I wore my garment for about 2 months like I was told. I edited my photos together - they're basically the same shots just before I had the surgery, about 5 weeks afterwards, and then a month ago, so 6 months afterwards. Am thinking of going back.

Hi, although it is unlikely to not see results by 7 months, these contours can still improve throughout the year after surgery. 
For your guidance, if you had loose, sagging, or inelastic #skin before the procedure, these are problems which would tend towards poor results in liposuction. In fact, these problems may be worsened and may be best addressed by other procedures such as a leg or body lift (e.g. tummy tuck) in conjunction with #liposuction. Excess skin would usually shrink back over the area of the body, but please take note that liposuction is used to reduce volume not tighten skin. There are non surgical devices such as #ThermiSmooth radiofrequency and #VelaShape3 to help tighten skin after liposuction for patients who will benefit from this additional care. It is best to strictly follow the prescribed aftercare for best results and do not hesitate to contact your surgeon if #revision is an option. VASER lipo, Smartlipo, PAL, Waterjet lipo, etc., these are tools in the hands of the surgeon to give you better results than with traditional lipo. Unfortunately, if your surgeon does not know how to use "the tool", you end up with less than desirable results. You might want to go back and discuss this with your surgeon and see if he/she feels confident enough to improve your results. Did you see before and after photos of VASER lipo from your surgeon (I don't mean the company photos)? If not, seek a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in advanced body sculpting techniques with the VASER. Good luck.
